It’s refreshing to deal with people who actually do listen to their clients.

• Statements like “Despite a couple of attempts I’m afraid I don’t understand your Administrators Guide” result in an “idiots guide” which is clear, concise & (most importantly )understandable – there’s a first!
   
• Telephone calls for help & support are dealt with in a supportive (nothing’s too much trouble) manner

The overall package is excellent. It’s priced sensibly & manages to fulfil the needs of those with modest ambitions through to those with more demanding requirements. I would certainly urge you to give their proposition serious consideration.

Elm Wealth Management LLP, a client of IFA Portals for nearly three years, recently elected to move to the new IFAPortal 2.0 platform and upgrade their email systems to MS Exchange at the same time. Will Lloyd, Partner at Elmweath Management LLP explains further.

"We selected IFA Portals Ltd to be our website supplier quite a while ago and have been very happy throughout that period.  Owing to a change in our business structure, we needed to review our website and e-mail proposition.

So we looked at the new offering provided by IFA Portals.  All I can say is that the new-look website is fantastic, we especially like the market feeds and commentary, Along with this prominence of the “My portfolio” button allows our clients to access valuations in back-office software system, makes it very client-friendly (not a bad thing in these days of TCF).

The icing on the cake for us, was moving to a Microsoft Exchange Server (also hosted by IFA Portals).  Previously we ‘did our own thing’, but now we have a fully backed-up and robust e-mail service accessible anywhere in the world! Furthermore, we have been able to add wireless e-mail functionality as our mobile telecom supplier was able to get feeds from the new e-mail server.

Having researched this area, I think that the proposition and package provided is stunning value for money (but don't tell them that they might put the prices up!). Once we had decided to move, the transition I'm glad to say was painless.  This was down to excellent on-line tutorials and information along with e-mail assistance to answer any questions that we had.
